So this year I'm getting a into growing plants, fruits, veggies, and herbs. I have no experience doing this stuff. Good thing I live with a born and raised greenthumb of a roomate. I love plants and I hope they work out. Wish me luck!
About 6 years ago I dug a Koi pond in my parents backyard. They thought I was crazy but I love doing stuff like that. Anyway I got some baby Koi that were about a year old and we've had them ever since. I just marvel at these beautiful fish every summer. Unfortunately after this crazy weather all of them but one has passed away :( Usually we would have so many baby fish every summer we didn't know what to do with them. I took this picture about 2 weeks ago when there were only 3 out of the 10 left. The dark fellow here is the only one have now. Hopefully he sticks it through. It just had me thinking about the changes in the this world's weather and the effect has on creatures that inhabit it. I mean this is just a 3ft Koi pond!!!
